Kelsey Weir Johnson

Kelsey Weir Johnson, Partner at Weir Johnson, PLLC, represents companies and individuals in commercial litigation and all types of intellectual property litigation, including enforcing an owner’s copyright and trademark rights. While she has extensive experience in both federal and state court, Ms. Johnson strives to resolve disputes through settlement when possible.

Ms. Johnson has expertise prosecuting and defending commercial claims for fraud, false advertising, unfair competition, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duties.
